Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NextGen Olympiad ("the Service"), operated by OMAPPS at olympiad.nextgenink.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a child (Class 3–10), you do so as their parent or guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account may manage multiple student profiles within the same family. Free-trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person/household; we may close duplicate or abusive accounts.

• A 1-month free trial is available; afterwards, continued access requires a paid monthly membership (₹299/month).
• The Quarterly Olympiad exam is included free with the ₹299 monthly membership. On the Free or ₹99 question plan, the exam costs ₹99 per subject.
• Prices are in INR and may include applicable taxes. We may change pricing prospectively, with notice.
• The membership is opt-in; we do not auto-charge without your action. Payments are processed by a third-party gateway.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Scores, ranks, and rewards (including monthly fee waivers, capped as stated on the site) are awarded at our discretion based on eligible, verified participation. Scores flagged for anomalous patterns or rule violations may be excluded. Fee waivers are redeemable only as described and have no cash value.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, automate attempts, share answers, or manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, notes, or other content.
• Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Service — questions, notes, branding, and software — is owned by OMAPPS or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended educational purpose only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMAPPS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
