Refund & Cancellation Policy

NextGen Olympiad offers a 1-month free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether the membership is right for you.

The monthly membership (₹299/month) is opt-in and billed for the chosen period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.

• 7-day satisfaction window: if you are charged for a membership and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that payment, provided the account has not substantially used paid-only features in that period.
• After the 7-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you may cancel to avoid future charges.

• Olympiad exam fees (₹99 per subject; included free with the ₹299 membership) are refundable up to 7 days before the exam date or registration-close date, whichever is earlier.
• Within 7 days of the exam, or once an admit card/hall ticket has been issued, exam fees are non-refundable.
• If an exam is cancelled or rescheduled by us and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund of that exam fee.

Email admin@nextgenink.in from your registered email with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days; your bank or gateway may take additional time to reflect the credit.

• Payment-gateway or transaction charges, where applicable.
• Amounts for periods or exams already substantially used or completed.
• Fee-waiver rewards and promotional credits (no cash value).
