Data Deletion Request

Upon receiving your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account information (name, email, hashed password).
• Student profiles (name, class, school, city, parent/guardian name and phone).
• Your learning progress, quiz/challenge attempts, and activity history.
• Subscription and payment records (anonymised for legal/financial compliance).
• Any uploaded content, such as the student photo submitted at registration.
• All session and usage data associated with your account.

Email admin@nextgenink.infrom your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Sending from your registered email lets us verify the request belongs to you.

• Your account is permanently deactivated within 30 days.
• All personal data is deleted from our servers.
• You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
• Some anonymised records may be retained where required for legal and financial compliance.
• Deletion is irreversible — you would need to create a new account to use the Service again.
